Author Guidelines

The authors form an important part of any publication unit. Scimaze keeps in mind the interest of the authors. The authors have a huge part to play in the open access publication unit. The authors are required to present the credible and right information. The data that is mentioned in the research work should be legitimate and technically correct. Compromise with the credibility is not accepted. The authors are expected to have proper proof of the experimental work that is mentioned in the manuscript. The work that the author is submitting for publication should not be copied from any other source. Any article in the manuscript should not be the replication of some third party’s work. The author is fully responsible if any financial, personal or scholarly claims are made over the manuscript once it has been published. The author is expected to be responsible for the acts and the rules of the respective nations. And take care of the copyright rules and regulations.

The main point that is required for Scimaze to accept the manuscript from the authors is that the data that it contains should be unique and should not have been published anywhere else. The manuscript should not be sent to some other journal while it has been sent for publication to Scimaze.

The authors are required to go through all the points that deal with the format of how the manuscripts and the related articles have to be submitted. The open access publication works on certain rules and the manuscript should be sent for submission keeping those in mind. The research work should be submitted in the word document. The journal also invites authors from different fields to send their work.

There are certain policies that have to be taken care of while using a human subject for the experiments of your research work:

The experiments on human subjects have to be reported by the authors. There are a proper format and a proper procedure according to which this should be carried out. The author needs to clarify whether the experiment was carried out with the ethical standards that are set by the governing committee that is held responsible for the human experiments. The author should also clarify that the experiment was carried out with the Helsinki Declaration of 1975 and what was revised in the year 2000. There may be a doubt in some cases that the proper declaration was not followed so the author is required to explain the entire approach and this should be presented before a review body.

The studies that are related to the human subject should indicate that the experiments were carried out with proper consent.

The authors while reporting the experiments that are done on animals need to indicate whether the institution or the National research council and the laws that are made by them were followed.

Reviewer Guidelines

The work and the publication ethics on which the journal works are very strong. The review process forms the most important part of any publication. The manuscripts are reviewed by the editors and then by the aristocratic reviewers. The double-blind review process is followed by the journal. This makes it stand out of the box. The editors and the reviewers have not revealed any information about the author. This deducts any problem of biases in the system.

In some systems, the Scimaze also goes for the single-blind aristocratic review process. This means that any information about the author is kept hidden from the reviewer but the editor has the information about the author. This is done to eradicate the bias that sometimes happens in the system.

The reviewers are required to maintain the confidentiality of the information about the author. The reviewers cannot reveal the research work that has been carried out by the authors before it is published. This keeps the credibility and the novelty of the work.

The manuscript before getting published has to undergo a lot of technical evaluations.  The manuscript is reviewed by the editor and then by the editorial board. The standards and the research that is mentioned in the manuscript are thoroughly checked by the board. The editorial board ensures that the research has been carried out honestly. The ethics of the publication unit are very strong. The review is done to find if the research work given in the manuscript belongs to the author or has been taken from some other place.

The review of the manuscript should be unbiased. The reviewing board has to appreciate the authors for their incredible and dedicated work and at the same time, they need to point out the flaws that are present in the research work. This gives a boost to the work done by the authors and at the same time, it also helps improve the quality of the work. The research papers are published after following a strict process.

The reviewers submit all the comments and the suggestions that they have in a meaningful manner. One of the fundamental ethics of the open access publication journal is that the clarity is kept a priority. The comments should be mentioned in a way so that the author and the editor can easily grasp what the reviewer has to say.  The requirements of the project should be made clear by the reviewer.

The reviewers are required to submit the comments within a certain given time. The reviewer can ask permission from the editorial office to increase the deadline. The due date can be increased by the editorial board if the condition mentioned is genuine and appropriate. It completely depends on the editorial board whether the time should be given to the reviewer or not.

The decisions of the reviewers can be provided in the following ways:

The reviewer if accepts the publication of the manuscript with the subject then the acceptance should be mentioned while informing the author.

Sometimes some corrections are required to be made by the author. The reviewer has to clearly mention where and how the subject needs to be corrected.

There may be some major corrections in some documents. The reviewer needs to inform the author that the manuscript will be published only after the changes have been made. The publishing of the manuscript should be mentioned by the reviewer.

The reviewer can also reject the subject if the subject is not ready to be published. The reviewer has every right to reject the manuscript on the basis of the terms and conditions of the journal.

Editor Guidelines

Scimaze is an open-access publication journal and works on many rules and regulations. These rules work for everyone who is associated with the journal. These rules have to be followed by the editors while working with the journal.

The trust, confidentiality and the credibility of the manuscript that has been submitted for publication should be maintained. No information should be passed from the manuscript before it is published. The data that is presented by the authors for publication is very important and the publication ethics of the journal are against any kind of misuse of the data. The integrity and the honesty of the editorial team are really important. The editors are required to give equal importance to all the authors.

The single-blind and the double-blind policy that has been adopted by the company is the best way to keep any biases away from the system. The editors and the editorial board have full responsibility for the research content and the ethics that have to be followed.

The board members need to be confident enough to take the decisions. The decision should not be favorable or biased. All the manuscripts that are submitted should be equally evaluated giving each and every manuscript an equal chance.

The articles that are given to the editors should be completely appraised. The editors have the right to reject the manuscripts that do not fall under the scope of the journal.  The editors have to evaluate all the other manuscripts if they fall under the scope of the journal.

The entire aristocratic review has to be reviewed by the editor. The decision that the editor takes should be calculative keeping in mind all the aspects. The editor is responsible for reading and evaluating each and every comment and suggestion that is given by the reviewing board.

In case of the conflict of interest, a combined decision is taken by the editor in chief and the editorial board. Sometimes the manuscripts may have some things that enhance the conflict of interest.

The editorial board members are also responsible for the growth of a journal. This can be done by submitting manuscripts and by giving the journal the suggestions over the areas where research can be made. The editorial board members have a huge responsibility to help the journal grow.
